Network Architecture & Infrastructure Discovery

Lipton Teas & Infusions

16 locations globally

12 countries covered

Rapid timeline achieved

The Challenge

Following ekaterra's formation as a distinct division from Unilever in 2021, Lipton Teas & Infusions needed to rapidly establish their own independent IT foundation. They required comprehensive network architecture and infrastructure discovery across 16 global locations spanning 12 countries.

Stakeholders needed a single, trusted view of WAN dependencies, hardware estates, and third-party contracts before committing to a global refresh—without slowing manufacturing or retail operations in any region.

Our Solution

Geostream deployed specialist infrastructure teams to conduct deep-dive discovery across all 16 international sites. We systematically audited and documented the existing network topologies, physical hardware environments, and incumbent third-party service providers.

Deliverables were structured for both technical and executive audiences: clear topology maps, risk-ranked findings, and a WAN transition readiness pack so procurement and engineering could align on the next phase with confidence.

Geostream delivered a complete global network restructure across our international sites, ensuring resilient connectivity and operational continuity at every location.
