• Pay all employees at least the National Living Wage, regardless of their role or level within the organisation.
• Work closely with suppliers and subcontractors to encourage them to pay their staff the National Living Wage, extending the positive impact across our supply chain.
• Regularly monitor our payroll practices to ensure continuous compliance with Living Wage standards.

This policy will be reviewed annually to ensure it remains effective and aligned with current National Living Wage rates. It is available to all employees, partners, and interested third parties upon request.
